We are happy to announce our new Couch to White Belt program (16+) running from December through to February! One upfront price which includes up to 10+ sessions, your annual membership (valid for a year!) as well as your white belt grading all included! This is a great way for adults to achieve something new going into the new year. No commitment is required beyond achieving the white belt (although it is encouraged of course!)
