Thank you to all the parents and carers who came along to the summer picnic today. It was a very emotional day! We are incredibly lucky to have such wonderful parents and would like to express our appreciation for your support over the last year. Thank you also to those parents and carers who brought us lovely cards and gifts, we all appreciate your generosity and kind words. We have loved seeing the children blossom and develop and they have all been an absolute pleasure to teach.

To those children who are transitioning to school, we will miss you lots and wish you the best of luck, we know you will continue to flourish!

To those children and families returning to us after the summer, we look forward to seeing you in September for another year of fun! We can’t wait to hear about your exciting summer adventures.

We hope you all have a restful and safe summer. ❤️

Yesterday we marked Earth Hour with the children by joining in with activities across the day. 🌍

All the children had the opportunity to go out to the front of the Nursery and plant a flower in some upcycled tyres. They filled wheelbarrows with compost and wheeled it out to the front, and then dug some little holes for their plants.

We hope you agree that the new additions to the front of the Nursery look so lovely, bright and colourful to welcome in Spring. We are planning to go out to see them periodically, water them and see how they are growing. We hope that you enjoy watching them bloom too on your way in and out of the Nursery.

The children showed keenness, team work and enthusiasm and we have enjoyed marking such a special day with them. They all received a very well deserved 'Eco Warrior' owl sticker for their efforts. ✨❤️
