Holiday Club Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Holiday Club Manager to lead the daily operations of our Holiday Club provision. The Manager will be responsible for safeguarding, staff deployment, parent communication, activity oversight, and ensuring the highest standards of care and delivery are maintained at all times across sports, cookery, art, and enrichment activities.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified sports coach, childcare professional, PE teacher, or primary school teacher with experience working with children. Applicants must have proven experience managing groups of children within a holiday club or similar setting. A strong understanding of both sports-based and creative/childcare provision is essential, along with excellent leadership, organisation, and behaviour management skills.
