Looking forward to meeting lots of mummies, daddies and babies on Wednesday at Harris and Hoole. We'll be starting at 10am and your experts will be talking from 10 - 12 with time for your questions after their talk. We have Lydia from Water Babies talking about the benefits of baby swimming, Ed from Family Sleep Solutions giving you tips on precious sleep and Claire from Body Mechanix talking about yours and baby's body after birth. It was lovely to meet lots of mummies and their little ones yesterday at our Coffee Morning - hopefully everyone found it useful. We certainly learnt a few great ideas about getting little ones to sleep (thank you Ed Family Sleep Solutions), tips on baby swimming (Thank you Lydia Water Babies Hertfordshire) and some key facts about keeping our bodies healthy after having a baby (Thank you Claire Body Mechanix Harpenden: Osteopathic, Health & Wellness Clinic. :-) The next Baby Experts Coffee Morning will be in November - watch out for the date if you missed the last one.

Very excited to have Stacey and Ed from Family Sleep SolutionsFamily Sleep Solutions talking about sleep problems at The Baby Experts Coffee Morning on 29th September. They are both certified sleep consultants but most importantly mummy and daddy to 3 year old Jacob and 2 year old Emilia. They started their business almost 2 years ago, just after the birth of their more challenging sleeper!
