Happy New Year! I hope 2026 is a fun, happy and healthy one for all of you. My group fitness started back this week in Harpenden and it was great to see so many busy classes.

The next 5 week block of Pure Stretch starts again from Monday. Last couple of spaces if anyone would like to join me.

Cardio is cool again! So excited to launch a NEW Wednesday morning ⭐️RETRO AEROBICS⭐️ class starting 14th January at the Trust Halls in Harpenden. Bringing back all those fun cardio moves from the 80s and 90s, this class will remind you that working out can and should be fun! An energetic Hi-Lo aerobics class but suitable for all fitness levels as you can choose the intensity that fits you best.

Happy New Year! I hope 2026 is a fun, happy and healthy one for all of you. Just 4 days until we kick off the new year with classes starting back on Tuesday 6th January 6-9pm at KWS!🙌

2025 was a great year and it was fantastic to see full morning classes right up until the end of December. Lots of you committing to two or three classes a week and making exercise a part of your weekly routine.

Very excited to be launching a NEW class on Wednesday 14th January at the Trust Halls in Southdown. I used to teach this regularly many years ago and always loved it.
⭐️RETRO AEROBICS ⭐️is back to remind us that working out can and should be fun!

Time to start moving again and get back into your usual routine of regular exercise. It can be tough to get started after the summer break but you know you will feel better both physically and mentally for doing it. Daytime classes start back from Thursday 4th Sep and evening classes are already running as normal. Dig out your trainers and lets get moving together🙌

Group Exercise: More than just fitness! 🤩

Thought I’d share this article from the National Governing Body for Group Exercise.
Group exercise classes support physical health and create spaces where people are seen, welcomed and supported. Participants build friendships, confidence and trust through shared routines and familiar faces.
This sense of belonging is why group exercise is now the second most popular activity for adults in England, with over 10.6 million people taking part. It sits at the heart of many people's weekly lives, offering stability in uncertain times.

I am lucky because I love my job. I get to teach, motivate and help people make a difference to their life in some way. The best part has to be the people I share the moves, fun and music with each week. A big thank you to all my superstars who commit to my classes week after week. Together you make the classes not me 🥰

A very big thank you to all the lovely people who have supported my group classes this year. You know I appreciate each and every one of you. Great to see so many of you finding time to do 2 or even 3 sessions a week 👍 it’s amazing! I hope you enjoy the classes as much as I enjoy teaching them. Pure Stretch is a fun but effective 45 minute class designed to lengthen the entire body whilst focusing on core stability.
