We’ve gone outside!!
To comply with current restrictions we have taken Clubbercise outside with huge success!! We will be doing it again on the 6th April 2021 and love it if you can join us. It’s in Hemel not far from Jarman Park as they kindly didn’t mind the noise and even joined us in their balconies to dance 😀

Ok here we go again. We know that lockdown is hard, we know that mental health suffers, we know that people feel isolated and devoid of routine. We also know that exercise helps, releases endorphins and online gives us a chance to chat, socialise (if we want to) and relieve some of that isolation.
With that in mind I have created a 30 day ‘LOCKDOWN SPECIAL’ Class pass that will give access to ALL of my online classes for the next 30 days for £30!
It’s a massive saving on the regular class price but I want to make it accessible to as many people at this difficult time.

The beauty of the home workout is the ability for us to take our workout outside! So in this warmer weather, grab your extension cable and take me out into the garden with you 😀 normally I’d be there to refresh you with an ice pop but maybe you can have your own ready?? Either way, classes will be on irrespective, so hopefully see you there 💛 xx
