Raindrops Day Nursery is looking for a Qualified Nursery Nurse holding a relevant child care qualification at level 2 or 3, to fill a full time position within our "Outstanding" Nursery.
Amongst other things, the key parts of your role will be; observing and tracking children's development, forming a strong bond with the babies and children within your care and to maintain the care and wellbeing of babies and children aged between 6 months and 5 years . The ability to work effectively alongside a strong team is essential. Previous experience is desired but not essential.

The ability to work effectively alongside a strong team is essential. Previous experience with under 2's is desired but not essential.

A few parents within the nurseryhave been asking for advice on how to wean their baby off of a dummy. Every child is different and some need the comfort of a dummy more frequently.
Here is an article of ways on which to try and stop the use of a dummy, however this isn't to say any of these methods will suit you and your child. But it may be an interesting read for you.
