Our students had the privilege of welcoming Holocaust survivor Paul Sved to our school to hear his powerful and deeply personal account of his experiences.

Hearing history through a first-hand testimony gave students a unique opportunity to understand the human impact behind the events they have studied in the classroom. Paul shared his memories, experiences and reflections, helping students to see the importance of remembering the past and learning from the stories of those who lived through it.

The visit encouraged thoughtful questions, meaningful conversations and a deeper understanding of the resilience of survivors and the importance of standing against prejudice and discrimination.

We are incredibly grateful to Paul for sharing his story with our school community and helping our students connect with history in such a personal and memorable way.
