Construction Training Partnership LTD CTP Ltd Training was established as the Construction Training Partnership Ltd in October 2007 with a small team of 4.

Originally offering construction training only, adding hair and beauty in September 2011 motor vehicle studies and functional skills in September 2013, Business Admin, Customer Service and Retail in 2015 and we also became accredited to Deliver GCSEs in 2015. Here at CTP we are also monitoring progress 8 qualifications very closely. With our ever widening range of subjects we now trade as CTP Ltd

Training. Further to this we also work very closely with Essex County council in order to help reduce the NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Training) Figures. We specialize in providing alternative education for 14-16 year olds from secondary schools, post 16 training for school leavers that are not ready for a mainstream college environment or just prefer the smaller, friendlier atmosphere. All of our staff are handpicked for their experience and ability to be able to work with the more challenging and vulnerable students. The areas in which our centres cover:

Happy new year to all our past and current students. Both CTP centres will reopen on 04th January 2022 at 09:00. In line with the government’s current covid-19 rules CTP will insist that all students wear a mask at all times while inside the centres. Thank you for your continued support throughout this difficult time.

CTP Harlow and Witham will both be open tomorrow from 09:00 for all of our students. We are glad to have you all back and look forward to helping you succeed in 2021.

Through the Covid-19 pandemic CTP has remained open to vulnerable students and students of key workers. From the 04th January 2021 We strongly recommend that students of school age follow their schools guidance on attending off site provision. We will once again be running a reduced timetable for all lessons. As a precaution we have installed hand sanitizer points at the entrance to both centres and have imposed a social distance plan for all shops. All students will be required to wear face masks during their time at CTP. Any lessons that can be delivered outside will be. We have revised risk assessments available which should be requested if needed. Any student that wishes to attend should ring first to check the class start and end times as these may have changed.

CTP advises all its staff and students to maintain strict social distances while traveling to and from any lessons.

During this uncertain time we would like to inform all our partners and parents that both centres will remain open to vulnerable students and students of essential workers. We are able to do this by virtue of our small class sizes (8 max) and the dedication of our staff. As COVID-19 is an ongoing issue the above may change at short notice so please watch this page for updates.

CTP wishes all our students and schools a very merry Christmas and a happy new year.

Both CTP centres will close for Christmas holidays at 12.30 on the 19/12/2019. We reopen at 09.00 on the 06/01/2020.
