Tempo was the name of the game this afternoon.
Managed to maintain the 100kg hang power. Will be back pushing some Olympic lifts in March!
Upper body was sore after yesterday's session so was glad to see some lighter loads and tempo work today.
Session today
BENCHuary is well underway! Adapted the session today to accommodate some personal goals I have this month.
Some jumps
Some muscle sn**ches 3 x 5
Zerchers 3 x 5 1 x 10 unbroken
A. Close grib bench 5 x 5
A2. SL landmine RDLs 5 x 8
B. BB Curls 4 x 5
B2. Plate pinch shrugs 4 X when ever you drop it.
Today's session.
Some reflex focused jumping, power cleans and very much enjoying getting heavy DB pressing in for both Horizontal and Vertical.
New high volume block started! Day 1 - lower session 1.
Paused back squats for 4 x 8, sn**ch grip RDL 3 x 10-12, leg extension PUMP! 100 reps in as little rounds as possible and leg curl 3 x 12. Overall RPE was 8, pretty smoked after 8k of total volume!
Excited for the next 6 weeks at an increased volume!

Trap bar Deadlift at @ 83% for cluster sets
Banded roman Chair & sissy squat super set
GVT 10 x 10 Leg extension
Did some seated calf raises to finish today but didn't film, brain wasn't braining after the leg extensions.
Yesterdays shift βοΈ 05.02.25
Expected to feel like ass on the Olympic lifting front - I was correct. Time away and having a funky schedule the last few weeks made training inconsistent. Felt rusty but moved some reasonable weight.
Snatches @70% for some clusters and technical work.
Power Cleans & push press @75%
Power Clean for one hundo to test if I still had it in the locker
Zercher squats π for some fast reps. I like to have these in my weekly plan as well as front or back squats.
