A massive thank you to the parents who have come and taken over our circle times this past week. It’s been amazing having you all in and has made a real difference to the children’s learning. Please read to the end for a special surprise!
Last Monday we had Stanley’s dad who came and talked about his job in construction, he brought some safety equipment for us to explore 👷♀️👷♂️
Tuesday we had a parent come in to talk to us about the Royal Navy, with lots of pictures and a teddy in uniform ⚓️
Wednesday we had Charlie’s dad come and give us a presentation on being a teacher with lots of pictures of his classroom, he then read us a very special book with no pictures! The children loved it!
Thursday we had Zoe’s mum come in who works in a school, she brought floppy in to see us and some school reading books to show the children what they might look like when they go to school!
Lastly we had Freya’s mum yesterday come in with her full uniform on to show the children, we got to play around with the handcuffs and try on the coats etc. We even got to restrain Luke! Haha!
So much fun!
It is now coming to an end, very bitter sweet! The school leavers will be celebrating their graduation on Thursday evening and we are so excited!
If anyone else has anymore fundraising forms for Ruby’s run, please can they be brought in by Friday for the final total.
This leaves me with one last special surprise! OUR BEAUTIFUL SENSORY COLLAGE CAME 2nd PLACE!!! In its category. We were also the youngest entry out of all of them!
Thank you all so much for those that went to vote! 🥳😍
So many magical moments have happened this year and it’s thanks to all our families support that it’s been possible!
