Exciting news! 🐥
After weeks of patiently watching and waiting, our little ducklings have finally started to hatch! Yesterday, we welcomed three beautiful baby ducklings, and we can’t wait for the children to meet them. What a special learning experience for everyone! 💛

✨ Job Vacancy ✨
We have a position opening to join our amazing Shibden Head Team. The position will require working between the hours of 7.30am and 6pm at between 30 - 40 hours per week (hours to be discussed). The position is all year round working in both the preschool and kids club.
Applicants must be fun, caring and happy to get messy! Although an early years qualification would be desired we are happy to offer an apprenticeship to the right candidate.
The right candidate must be able to: -
• Use own initiative.
• Work as part of a team.
• Bring and implement new ideas.
• Be fun, positive and an encouraging person.
It is preferable to have knowledge/training around safeguarding and a level 2 first aid qualification, although full training can be given if required. Employees must have clear DBS (update service preferable but not essential) and be able to provide 2 references.

Apprentice Vacancy
We are looking for an apprentice to work towards an Early Years Qualification whilst working in our busy pre-school and kids club. The position is to start as soon as possible, working between the hours of 7.30 am and 6pm, up to 40 hours per week (hours to be discussed). The position is all year round.
Must have knowledge of or be willing to learn and follow the Early Years Development Matters framework, be confident in learning to liaising with parents and learning to oversee a group of key children. This will be done through observation, planning and monitoring children’s achievements.
Must be able to: -
• Use own initiative.
• Work as part of a team.
• Bring and implement new ideas.
• Be fun, positive and an encouraging person.
Essential to have ability to undertake training around safeguarding specifically prevent and FGM. Employees must have clear DBS (update service preferable but not essential) and be able to provide 2 references.
