🎄✨ Just one week to go until Light Up Halifax – Saturday 15th November! ✨🎄

Get ready for a full day of festive fun right across Halifax town centre — here’s everything you need to know to make a day of it 👇

🎠 10am–5pm: Children’s Fairground Rides (Southgate)
🎅 11am–4pm: Elf Academy Workshop inside Halifax Borough Market
💚 From 11am: Roaming characters bringing laughter and festive mischief
👹 The Grinch will be out causing chaos (and failing to ruin Christmas!) – grab a selfie if you spot him!
🎁 The Yorkshire Elves, Ebor n Gum, spreading joy and musical mayhem
✨ The Christmas Carriage with Scrooge & Mr Scratchit singing carols through town
🍴 Liver Cottage Christmas Kitchen – a hilarious musical cooking show
❄️ Giant Snow Globe open from 11am – perfect for a festive photo
🎶 Live bands & choirs performing throughout the day

Then, don’t miss the Festive Lights & Music Finale at Woolshops by M from 5–6pm, featuring a short laser show and live drumming from the Katumba Band – the perfect way to end the day!

🛍️ Plus, it’s the opening weekend of The Piece Hall Christmas Markets, there’s a Gingerbread Workshop at Woolshops by M, and we’re launching our Christmas Trail and Gifting Trees across town!
