Sliding into the week !!

🍂 What a wonderful week we’ve had! 🍎
We’ve been out exploring Cromwell Bottom, apple picking, getting creative with arts and crafts, enjoying parachute fun, and splashing about in water play!
We went to Bankfield Museum the children loved following the pumpkin trail and trying on old-fashioned clothes. 🎃👗
In the kitchen, we’ve cooked up some delicious homemade meals warm autumn porridge with cinnamon and apples, shepherd’s pies topped with sweet potato and fresh vegetables, plus soups the children helped prepare.

We love Autumn!

👩‍🍳🍴 The children enjoyed making their own dinner again today! We talked about handling food safely and being careful in the kitchen. We also explored different smells, like basil and other lovely herbs, while we were busy cooking. 🌿✨

🍂 Autumn fun is here! The children have been busy exploring the season, collecting conkers and enjoying lots of autumn activities together. 🌰🍁

We got to use our new kitchen tools this week. We practiced chopping and peeling safely while having lots of fun.
We learned how to use them carefully and peel our vegetable 🥕
Safety was our number 1!

We are all kitchen superstars!
