Who knew our very own Headteacher had been drafted in to give the England lads their pre-match team talk? 🤍⚽️

We can’t say exactly what Mrs Akroyd said… but we’re hoping it does the trick! 😉

Come on England! 🦁🦁🦁

A huge thank you to Sheard Packaging for kindly donating the sweet boxes for our West Vale Academy Year 6 leavers. 💙

Seeing the smiles on their faces made it all worthwhile. We hope these little gifts remind them just how proud we all are of everything they’ve achieved.

Thank you for supporting our school and helping us give our Year 6s the send-off they truly deserved. 🍬🎓

Your kindness and generosity are so appreciated. 🤍

⚽️ COME ON ENGLAND! 🏴🤍❤️

Following last night's fantastic win, we're getting behind the Lions as they head into their first knockout game!

On Wednesday 1st July, children are invited to come to school wearing:
🏴 An England football kit
❤️ An England top
🤍 Or simply something red and white to show their support!

Throughout the day, we'll also be hosting a range of interschool football competitions, giving everyone the chance to celebrate teamwork, determination and a love of sport.

Let's fill West Vale with a sea of red and white and cheer the Lions on together!

Come on England! ⚽️🦁❤️🤍
