📅Hours: Thu/Fri 2-7pm Sat 9-4pm.
💷Pay: Self Employed Up to £20ph depending on experience & qualifications.

We’re looking for passionate, patient, horse-focused riding coaches to join our small, friendly team.
At our riding school our approach is all about correct horsemanship, learning through play & truly listening to the horse.
At our yard, riders don’t just “ride”; they learn to understand horses from the ground up to enhance their riding.
Every session begins from a place of relaxation & calm, helping horse & rider connect, feel safe & enjoy their time together.
We work with a wide range of clients, from complete beginners to more experienced riders, & we’re proud to offer Changing Lives Through Horses sessions. These can involve anything from helping young people build life skills, to supporting neuro-diverse riders with confidence, communication & learning in a gentle, nurturing way.
What we’re looking for:

Requirements:
*Minimum Stage 2 BHS Coaching Qualification or close to achieving this.
*Proven coaching experience
*Confident, professional, and approachable manner
*DBS, Safeguarding, & First Aid – already completed, or willingness to obtain promptly
*Insurance (Freelance)
