Completed pictures from a recent extension / house remodel project. The large glass front floods the room with light and frames the view perfectly! On this project we have done full feasibility, planning drawings, building regulation design and also on site liaison with the contractors.

Before and After. This loft conversion design has immediately increased the clients living space. A once dead space is now a beautiful bright open room filled with natural light. The en-suite adds luxury and also means that you don’t have to wait in line to use the family bathroom! As always our design looks so good because of the skills of always delivering to the highest of standards.

The detail you never see! This client was very specific on not wanting to see any gutters, this design creates a secret gutter hidden behind the feature stone - this is not easy to design and has taken some real craftsmanship on site to make it watertight. It’s often these details that make the difference between an average house, and a great house!

Planning approved for this huge renovation project - extensions, internal alterations, dormers, loft conversion, this one has it all! Balancing all this in conservation area whilst respecting the original house is always a challenge!

Planning Approved. Obtaining planning for new houses in greenbelt is difficult. We have secured planning for two new build houses in this greenbelt village as replacement for an existing garage.
