Buggy 4 Fitness is a great postnatal workout which allows you to enjoy the great outdoors and meet new friends whilst getting back into shape.
π Sessions focus on a wide variety of postnatal specific exercises.
π All fitness levels are welcome.
π Sessions can be joined as early as 6β10 weeks after the birth.
π Online programs available if you canβt make the outdoor sessions.
