The PTFA hosts The Winter Fair. ❄️❄️❄️

Stalls, sweet treats, German market food, entertainment, games and lots of fun. Everyone is welcome with all monies raised going straight back into the school. To provide for your children. We are looking to fund a brand-new trim trail and outdoor space plus new technology equipment to help the children progress with their IT projects.

We are taking bookings for stall holders so please spread the word. Please anyone who is interested in a stall email...

We will be asking for donations of raffle prizes, tombola prizes the good old teddy bears and of course your company.

Hi Everyone,
If you’ve not signed up to easyfundraising already, they have a special prize draw, if you sign up by 30th September (tomorrow!)
The school could win £250 which is massive help for our kids future education.

After a lot of thought, I have decided to step down as Chair of Luddendenfoot Academy PTFA at our AGM this Thursday 6.30 at school or via teams.

I have genuinely loved my time with the PTFA. It has helped me become much more involved in the school community, meet some fantastic people and, most importantly, help create some brilliant experiences for the children. Events like the Halloween Escape Rooms and Winter Fair have been particular highlights for me and something I have absolutely loved being part of.

We would now love somebody new to take on the Chair role and help take the PTFA forward. It isn't about doing everything yourself — it's about coordinating a great group of people and helping turn ideas into events and fundraising.

If you're even slightly curious, please come along to the AGM this Thursday. There is absolutely no obligation to take on a role. Come along, see what we do, ask questions and find out whether you might like to be involved in any capacity.

I won't be disappearing either! I'll still be around to support the new Chair, help with the handover and pass on everything we've learnt over the last few years.

Without a new Chair, unfortunately the PTFA will have to look at winding down in the New Year, which would be a real shame after everything we've built together.

A huge thank you to everyone who has volunteered, donated, attended an event or supported us while I have been chair it’s meant a lot. I've thoroughly enjoyed it, I'm incredibly proud of what we've achieved, and I'm looking forward to seeing the beginning of the PTFA's next chapter.

Please don’t forget it’s the AGM on the 24th September 6.30 at school.
We really really need to fill the position of Chair ! Please get in touch if you think you would like to join the fabulous team or maybe you and a friend want to join as co chairs ?
If we do not fill the roles unfortunately the Ptfa will fold and we won’t be able to create the fantastic events for all the kids and community and raise money for all the extras - like the reading den! X
