Hello October 🍂🍁
The prettiest, most colourful month of the year… but this October feels extra special because we’re celebrating 15 years of Claire’s 🤎
Fifteen years of caring for children, watching them grow, learn, change, find their confidence and eventually spread their wings. Some of the children I cared for right back at the beginning are now way beyond high school, which honestly makes me wonder where on earth the time has gone! To have played even a small part in so many childhoods over the years is something I’ll never take for granted.
To every past parent, every current parent, and every family already booked to join us in the future — thank you. Thank you for trusting me with the most precious people in your lives. That trust means more to me than I could ever properly put into words.
Claire’s has changed so much over those 15 years. It all started with just our lounge, a tiny kitchen and one bathroom upstairs. Since then we’ve grown and adapted year after year — creating our purposefully renovated garage playroom, extending the kitchen to give the children even more space, adding a downstairs bathroom, and completely transforming the garden so it can be enjoyed whatever the weather.
And now Claire’s has grown in another way too, with Kenny joining the team. Having him alongside me has allowed us to expand while still keeping that warm, home-from-home feeling that has always been at the heart of Claire’s.
Somehow, every year just seems to get better and better. More memories, more adventures, more little personalities coming through the door and more reasons to love what we do.
Here’s to 15 years of Claire’s — and to all the children and families who have made it what it is today. 🤎🍂✨
