Happy Yorkshire Day! 🎉

And that's a wrap! What an incredible school year we have had.

We want to thank all our children and their families for making our school community so special. And to all our Year 6 children, every one of them will be greatly missed, but we know they have such bright futures ahead of them.

Have a fun summer and we will see those returning on Thursday 3rd September! 🥰

What an emotional Leavers' Service, where we celebrated our incredible Year 6 children, gave out prestigious and well-earned awards, and said a very fond farewell to staff and pupils together.

That Church was full of love this morning 🥰

🤩 PANTOMIME EMAIL ALERT! 🤩

Today, parents and carers will be receiving a letter via email about this year's pantomime ("Oh no they won't! - Oh yes they will!" 😁) that we will be attending as a school in December.

Please check your email and sign up to the pantomime. Just before Christmas, we went to the pantomime as a school for the first time and it was an incredible experience for everyone! We will be continuing this magical pre-Christmas treat this year at the Victoria Theatre, where we will be enjoying the pantomime of Aladdin!

This time yesterday, children were in their new classes for their final transition session of the year.

Don't forget - tonight is "Meet the teacher", a great opportunity to meet your child's new teacher, and to speak to their current teacher after receiving their end-of-year report. This will be in the school hall, so after school, please make your way to the hall doors round the back of school. We look forward to seeing you there.
