Story for the day -Confident Candle
This is a beautiful story about a small candle.
The small candle always looked at the sun with admiration. It appreciated the sun's brightness and knew that its own light was no comparison to the sun's powerful rays.
One day, the candle felt a bit sad and insignificant. "My light is so small… ‘
The sun smiled and said, "why are you underestimating yourself. Of course, I shine brightly during the day, but at night people need your light. Your light can make a huge difference in total darkness."
The candle realised what the sun said was true. While it could not light up the whole world like the sun, it could brighten dark places and help those nearby.
