We’re excited to announce that Mandy Janes Ltd currently has availability for new service users! 💗

We are a small, family-run outreach service supporting children and young people with SEN, disabilities and complex needs. Our aim is to provide much more than just activities — we want the people we support to build confidence, develop independence, make friendships, learn new skills and, most importantly, have fun! 🦋

Our support is tailored around each individual, their interests, needs and goals, with opportunities including community access, after-school support, school holidays, day trips and more.

🌙 We’re Hiring – Waking Night Support Worker 🌙

Mandy Jane’s Ltd is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to join our team.

📍 Role: Waking Night Support Worker
🕒 Hours: 16 hours per week (1 waking night shift)

You will be providing 2:1 support, working alongside another experienced support worker to support a young adult with learning disabilities who displays behaviours that challenge.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing person-centred support throughout the night
* Administering medication
* Supporting with personal care
* Ensuring the individual’s safety, wellbeing, and dignity at all times
* Partaking in outreach activities within the community with the service user, supporting them to access and enjoy activities safely

✅ Essential requirements:

* Previous experience in the care sector is essential
* A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
* Caring, reliable, and committed

* Able to work effectively as part of a team
