Halifax Wing Chun Kung Fu Wing Chun is a martial art that originated in southern China and uses pressure comprehension to detect and respond to threats.

Wing Chun is known for being efficiency-based and seeks to immediately quash violent confrontations. Its techniques are designed to offset a size and strength deficit through leverage, mechanical advantage and angles making it suitable for people of all ages and genders.
