☀️ Sun Safety Reminder for Parents ☀️

With the warmer weather here, we are taking extra steps to keep all children safe and comfortable while enjoying outdoor play.

Please can we ask all parents to provide:
🧢 A sun hat
🧴 Factor 50 suncream (to be left at nursery)

💦 Due to the heat, children will have increased access to water play to help keep cool and have fun!

👕 Please also remember to send:
• Extra clothes
• Spare footwear (e.g. Crocs or jelly sandals)

At Tiger Lily Day Nursery, we create a nurturing and inspiring environment where every child can flourish. As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll support children through their early development stages, helping them build confidence, curiosity, and independence in a fun and safe space.

• Support the planning and delivery of fun, engaging activities
• Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
• Observe and monitor children’s development and progress
• Encourage communication, language, and social skills
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Assist with daily routines including meals, hygiene, and rest times
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being
• Work as part of a supportive and friendly team

🌱 What We’re Looking For 🌱
• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (preferred)
• Experience working with children in an EYFS setting
• A kind, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A genuine passion for working with young children

🎓 Bonus Skills (Desirable but not essential) 🎓
• Paediatric First Aid
• Safeguarding training
• Food Hygiene certificate
(Training can be provided!)
