This past two weeks at preschool our topic has been based on the wonderful story The Princess and the Frog. 🐸👑
The children have had lots of fun taking part in a leapfrog activity, running and jumping across lily pads while developing their gross motor skills. They also used their fine motor skills to complete a number matching game.
The children enjoyed acting out the story through imaginative role play and showed fantastic creativity while building beautiful castles fit for princesses.
It has been lovely to see their imagination, confidence, and enthusiasm shine throughout our activities! 💚✨

✨Preschool✨
This week Preschool have been focusing on 'The Little Red Hen'.
The children have been exploring the process of making bread and butter. They created their own mill, using a pestle and mortar to grind wheat into flour. The children then used playdough to practise the skill of kneading dough.
They also had the opportunity to make their own butter from double cream, shaking it for a long period of time and observing how it changed. Finally, they enjoyed buttering their bread to have as an afternoon snack.🍞
