Pyjamarama is back for 2022!

Want a fun way to get children excited about reading? Join Pyjamarama tomorrow, Friday 13 May, when children can spend the day in their pyjamas, reading and sharing stories and raising money for BookTrust.

Tomorrow, children all around the country – in schools, nurseries, and at home – will spend the day reading, enjoying, and sharing stories all in the comfort of their pyjamas, to raise vital funds to help every child get a bedtime story.

So, don't forget your favourite pair of jimmies and your favourite story book for nursery tomorrow. We're also asking for a donation towards the book trust fundraiser if you can 💕💕

Just a reminder that if your child claims the full 15 hours or 30 hours free childcare, that they will break up this Friday (17th December 2021). They will return back to nursery as normal on Tuesday 4th January 2022.

We would just like to thank you all for the amazing effort we've had today with elf costumes and donations. We've had an ELFtastic day!

Together we have raised an amazing £89.30!! This will help provide so much support for those living with Alzheimer's and their families.

Don't forget this Friday (3rd December) we will be raising money for Alzheimer's society by dressing up as ELVES!

We will also have lots of games/activities taking place to help us raise money, including:
🧝Pin the bell on the elf shoe - £1 per go
🧝Guess the number of elf shoes - £1 per go
🧝Festive advent game - £1 per go
🧝Baking elf cakes -50p per cupcake

Donations of £1 will be greatly accepted for dressing up!

If you would like to help us raise extra money for this deserving charity, then please send monies in a sealed envelope with your child's name and amount printed on the front and they can partake in the games/activities above.

🎄 C H R I S T M A S P H O T O D A Y 🎄

On Monday 29th November, a photographer from Apature Photography will be coming in to take individual Christmas photos of the children. We are allowing siblings to join in if you wanted to bring them along for a joint photograph also.

We will still need to stick to time slots, so if your child does not usually attend on a Monday, please speak with a member of staff to book in.

C R A C K E R J A C K S

Join us on 23rd November 2021 in dressing up to raise money for Crackerjacks.

Crackerjacks is a charity that believes every child, whatever their need, has the right to participate fully within their community and have the same choices, opportunities and experiences as other children.

With your £2 donations, Crackerjacks will be able to supply vital specialist disable equipment such as wheelchairs, wet rooms, Eyegaze systems, sensory toys or a much needed respite break at their holiday home for a disabled child and their family to spend quality time together.

Nursery Practitioner - Level 3 or above

We are looking for a qualified level 3 or above nursery practitioner to join our Toddler room. The ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative is required, along with being a fun loving individual, who is motivated and passionate about working with children. Experience within the 0-3 age range is essential for this role, alongside confidence working with babies. A knowledge of the revised EYFS and childcare is also necessary to apply for this position.

Expected start date: 18/11/2021

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £8.36-£8.91 per hour

Monday to Friday
Experience required: Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
