ONLINE COACHING TRANSFORMATION UPDATE💻

Check out my online coaching client only 16 weeks have passed in this phade 1 block and we are now over 8kg down and feeling the best and most confident we have ever felt📸

Carmen came to me lacking serious motivation and stressed to me that she needed some structure and accountability to her crazy modelling career to help achieve her dream body.

To give you an insight into Carmen’s crazy work/life schedule she:

* Models full time - sometimes working over 50 hours a week to get all her clients in

* Is always on the road travelling up and down the country to get to her jobs

* Has to juggle a crazy work life which involves grabbing food on the go as she physically doesn’t have time herself too

*Goes on holiday most months!

* All at the same time as maintaining a hectic social life also!

Every new level of your life will demand a new you📈

💭Life will only change when you become more committed to your dreams than you are your comfort zone💭

A quote that really resonated with me this year.

2023 has been a year of BIG decisions and growth.

👋🏼I left my comfort zone - my cushy personal training job in my studio in Hale.

👋🏼I left the village I grew up in and called home for 29 years.

👋🏼I left a big family and my best friends behind in Manchester.

WHY?

I wanted more…

💭Because I wanted to challenge myself in new surroundings and push my boundaries of what I thought was achievable.

💻I went all in with my online coaching business - with my aim to help as many people from as many countries as possible.

💰I heavily invested in numerous business and online coaching courses to become THE best coach I could possible be.

👨‍🏫I even invested in a business and personal mentor to become THE best person I could be.

The moral of the story being:

❌Don’t ever limit your beliefs or what you think is possible/you can achieve. Whether that be your physique, your work, your mindset… your only limitation is YOU and the conversations you have in your head.

❌Never be afraid to try new things for fear of them going wrong. Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will, so invest in your job, your PT/Coach or even to changing your lifestyle 100% and you will achieve unimaginable things.

❌ALWAYS invest in yourself. For self development - education is essential and priceless. Don’t ever put a price tag on bettering yourself and becoming the best version of yourself. Seek professional help - a coach or a mentor like you would a doctor or engineer for your car - it will fast track your progress and results ten fold.

Invest in YOU🫵🏼 just like I did.

As one chapter ends, another one begins…✈️

It’s never easy leaving behind your loved ones and all that you’ve ever known for the last 29 years. But, it’s true when they say, nothing ever grows in comfort zones and I’m prepared to go all in with my business and career to become the best version of myself.

Having my girlfriend and soul mate by my side for the last two years and on this next chapter of life will definitely push me to achieve my potential both personally and from a professional perspective and I am SO excited to share with you all the next chapter of my personal life as it unfolds🫡

To the U.K and to all my family/friends, this isn’t a ‘good bye’ rather a ‘see you later’ but for now, here’s to making the biggest AND best decision so far of my life 🎉

ONLINE COACHING TRANSFORMATION UPDATE💻

Big BIG congrats to online client who is currently part way through her online coaching transformation and finds herself 5kg (11lbs) in just short of 12 weeks of working together👑

The MOST impressive thing about this transformation with Georgia is that we have:

💃 Had a holiday break to Ibiza
🍷Had numerous nights out with friends and family
🍜Enjoyed lots of off plan meals with her partner on date nights

And we STILL look like a completely different person!

Not only has her mindset towards health and nutrition shifted, but she has also discovered a new found love for the gym and is smashing PB’s week on week AND melting the fat away through my flexible meal plans and lifestyle approach to weight loss!

ONLINE COACHING CLIENT TRANSFORMATION📸

Big BIG congratulations to my fantastic client who has just got her beauty pageant photos back from Miss United Kingdom finals and how fantastic did she look!

In our time of working together online, Jordan had amassed a fantastic 8kg of weight loss and went into the show weekend feeling ‘a million dollars’

The task was simple - get Jordan looking stage ready at the same time as juggling a hectic work and social life too! We did this by:

✅ Setting Jordan 4x gym based sessions a week all that lasted 45-60 minutes in duration

✅ Planning her weekly meals out in advance via my prep sheet guide to ensure she was adherent to the plans at all times

✅ Set her a weekly average of a step count too hit as opposed to a daily average due to her long working hours

✅ Managing her sleep, stress and energy markers to ensure she didn’t burn out and was feeling 100% for every gym sessions.

Jordan said that both judges and the crowd labelled her as having ‘the best physique on stage’ which is testament to her hard work and commitment she has shown throughout this process.

Great work Jord, well deserved👊🏼
