The Hale Language Centre runs a range of courses in English as a Foreign Language for au pairs, foreign students, business professionals and those simply wishing to improve their spoken English.
We offer both group classes and one to one lessons.
Students are taught in a warm, friendly atmosphere and we have a reputation not only for our personal approach, but also for our high academic standards and examination success.
Class sizes are limited to ensure that students have plenty of opportunities to interact with the teachers and other students.

Class Times
These classes prepare the students for Cambridge examinations and although students are encouraged, they are not obliged to take the exams.
Foundation Level (A2/B1)
Classes for this level will be offered if there is sufficient demand – times /dates to be confirmed
Intermediate Level (B2)
B2 (FCE) level - Tuesdays and Thursdays 10-11.30am
Advanced Level (C1)
C1 (CAE) level - Tuesdays and Thursdays 12-1.30pm
Proficiency Level (C2)
Classes will be offered if there is sufficient demand
Students are advised to attend both their Tuesday and Thursday classes every week (a total of 3 hours per week) and to purchase the relevant course book as advised by the school.

Payment
Fees are based on 2 x 90 minute lessons per week.
Autumn term - £240.00
Spring term - £240.00
Summer half term - £120.00
Fees are payable in full at the beginning of each term.
These fees are non-returnable and students missing lessons are not the responsibility of the school

This group meets twice a month on a Sunday 3-5pm for coffee, cake, events and trips – a fun way to make friends, discover British customs, parks and local places of interest.
