It’s key to note that in the video they use ASL (American Sign Language) but it shows the power and difference signing and a communication method can have to people’s lives 🫶🏼

This is why I do what I do and this is why Makaton is so powerful! Giving children a voice through signs and symbols to express their wants and needs. Developing speech at the same time.

You can help give a child a voice too by teaching them that they can still communicate even if talking is difficult.
