From visits to the library, trips to Tesco to choose fresh fruit for our snacks, and adventures at the local park, to welcoming visitors such as the Fire Brigade, Police and Dentist into our nursery, there's always something exciting happening!

Today we were proud to be part of the celebrations marking 100 years of Summerheath Hall – a place that has been at the heart of our community for generations. ❤️

Summerfields Nursery has been lucky enough to call this wonderful hall home since 24th April 1985. Over the past 41 years, hundreds of children have taken their very first steps on their learning journey here, creating countless happy memories along the way.

From opening under the leadership of Pat Penfold, to Val Elsbury taking over in 2004, and now Samantha Packer leading the nursery into an exciting new chapter from 2024, our commitment has always remained the same – providing a safe, nurturing and inspiring place where children can learn, grow and thrive.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of our story over the years – past and present children, families, staff and our local community. Here's to celebrating the rich history of Summerheath Hall and looking forward to many more years of making memories together! 💚🎉
