A lovely end to another busy day on residential.

Today the children had a go at paddleboarding amongst other activities before spending the evening around the campfire with hot chocolate, jokes and a few songs as the temperature started to drop.

They’re definitely feeling tired now, but they’re still in great spirits. More memories being made! 😊

The adventures may have finished for today, but the excitement hasn’t! ⚽

This evening our Year 6s are together watching England take on Norway in the World Cup quarter-final. Fingers crossed for the Three Lions… come on England!

Another brilliant day on residential! 🌟

Today our Year 6s have been crate stacking, axe throwing, canoeing and rock climbing. They’ve thrown themselves into every challenge with enthusiasm, courage and lots of teamwork. We’re so proud of them all!

Our fantastic year sixes have arrived safe and well at Deers Leap Park for their residential. They have had their lunch and are now off to their first activity!

⚽Black History Month came alive at White House Academy with our African Cup of Nations-themed penalty shootout! Each year group represented a different African country, researched its culture and football legends, then faced off on the field:

Suni Williams (Y1) drew with Rudyard Kipling (Y2)
Ellie Simmons (Y4) beat Stephen Hawking (Y3)
Simone de Beauvoir (Y6) beat Jacinda Ardern (Y5)
