🚨 LANDLORDS PHASE 2 OF THE RENTERS’ RIGHTS ACT IS COMING.

If you thought the changes introduced earlier this year were the end of it, there’s more to prepare for. From December 2026, the new Private Rented Sector Database begins rolling out across England. Landlords will need to register themselves and their rental properties, with an annual £65 registration fee per property.

There’s also a new Private Rented Sector Landlord Ombudsman being introduced as part of Phase 2. The rollout is happening region by region, so it’s worth understanding what’s coming before it affects your properties. This is exactly why staying up to date matters in property. The rules change. The market changes. Your strategy needs to keep up.
