To help ensure your child’s uniform arrives in time for the new school year, please place your order through Mapac by the end of today (31st July).

Ordering before today’s deadline will help avoid delays and disappointment ahead of the September return to school.

📢 School Uniform Reminder 📢

If you wish to order branded school uniform for September, please make sure you place your order by Thursday 31st July to help avoid disappointment.

Our supplier, Mapac, has advised that orders placed by this date will be prioritised, helping to ensure uniforms are ready before the new school year. Orders placed after 31st July may be subject to delays.

If your child is starting school for the first time, it’s especially recommended that you order as early as possible.

Don’t leave it until the last minute – order now to give yourself the best chance of receiving everything in time for September! 🎒👕📚

The Friends of Hadleigh Community Primary School would like to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who volunteered at our refreshments tents across all three Sports Days. Your time, enthusiasm and support helped make each event such a success.

A special thank you also goes to everyone who baked, donated and purchased cakes. We were overwhelmed by your generosity this year, and thanks to your amazing support, our cake sales were a huge success.

We are incredibly lucky to have such a kind and supportive school community. Every donation, purchase and hour volunteered has made a real difference, helping us raise valuable funds that will benefit all of the children at Hadleigh Community Primary School.

🧁 Sports Day Cake Donations Reminder 🧁

We're still looking for nut-free cake donations for our Sports Day refreshments stall tomorrow and Wednesday. If you're able to donate cakes, traybakes or biscuits (homemade or shop-bought), we'd be incredibly grateful.

Please label homemade bakes with the ingredients where possible.

📍 Donations can be dropped off at the blue gates during morning drop-off on Tuesday or Wednesday, or brought directly to the refreshments tent on Sports Day.

☕ Don't forget to visit our refreshments stall! We'll have refreshments, sweet treats, plus new & pre-loved school uniform available.

💷 Cash is preferred (especially small change if possible), but card payments are available for purchases over £5.

July Sports Jacket Collection

Thank you to everyone who placed a sports jacket order for collection from school this month.

As there were only a small number of orders, these will be sent home with children via their class tray rather than being distributed at the playground.

The next playground collection will take place on Monday 7th September.
