Hi, I tutor English to GCSE and Literacy & Numeracy at Primary level in Hadleigh, Suffolk. I also proofread dissertations and essays for arts subjects. I seek to bring the best out of each of my students, encouraging them to trust their own creativity, minds and skills as well as teaching helpful tips and techniques.
I specialise in encouraging those who find school challenging, have lost confidence or suffer from school anxiety. I help them to find the resources within themselves and to know where and how to get help. I seek to show students that, even if something doesn’t come easily, they can, with time and effort, improve and succeed.
If you are looking for Maths beyond primary level, I am not the right tutor! However, I can tutor English through to GCSE and help with general essay technique and study skills in essay based subjects.
