We’re all immensely proud of Max at Copper Fields who has written a poem and had it published in the Outcomes First Group ‘The 100’!! This is a celebration of pupil voice and creativity across the schools in our group of schools.
Absolutely lovely to read through. And of course the highlight is to be found on page 17 😜
Max chose to write his poem very cleverly about Sir David Attenborough who celebrated his 100th birthday this year.
Very well done Max, very proud! Well done also to all our finalists!

Well done to our recent Star Readers 🌟 what an excellent choice of books they’ve chosen! 📕
One copy for them to take home, one copy for the school to inspire others into a wider range of books! To date we’ve purchased almost 30 books for star reader alone! 🙌

A great trip to Market Hall in Plymouth today to see Sir David Attenborough's Our Story. A great experience for 4 of our classes today. Bodmin, Plymouth, Callington, Bude and Bideford Classes had a great time and pupils have been asking to go back soon and even led to some careers discussions looking at the future.

We had a lovely afternoon with our Fun and Games event at the school today. We were delighted that so many of our families could come along and take part and join us.

The children (and adults) enjoyed dance from led by Jung, obstacle courses, football, parachute tents, races and not to forget ice-cream.

All of learners achieved a certificate for taking part today, encouraging all learners to take part in this non-competitive, fun afternoon. A very well done to all of our learners!

We will reopen tomorrow Friday 26th June.
