Whilst we continue to battle the warmer days here at the nursery we will be closing daily at 3pm.
We will also be closed all day on Tuesday 21st July to attend a dear friends funeral.

Opening hours Friday 10th - Sunday 13th July.

We apologise for any inconvenience but it’s getting harder day to day to keep the nursery watered etc. in these hot conditions and cover the tea room etc

So for the next few days we are changing our opening hours so we can concentrate on our watering etc after the gates are shut.

Friday 11th July 9 am - 3pm
Saturday 12th 9am - 3pm
Sunday 13th 10am - 3pm

Nothing says Saturday better in the nursery Farm Shop than fresh local produce, featured here today is mixed leaf salad, spring onions and spring greens from Sam at Wheal Farm, Rising Sun and fresh Tamar Valley Strawberries from Pete in Bohetherick. Only one word describes them - DELICIOUS

Emotions like fear, guilt, frustration, stress, tension, worry, pressure and sadness can sometimes be difficult to sit with. We might even try and avoid feeling this way altogether. In the upcoming workshop we will learn to make room for our emotions, giving unpleasant feelings enough space so they no longer stretch or strain us. It’s common for people to say, ‘I need some breathing space’ or ‘I need some room to think', this is what our emotions need too. Fighting emotion or avoiding it does not make room for emotion. But this workshop will teach you how. A calm, supportive hour to breathe, ground, and expand your emotional capacity. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed lately, this space is for you.

This is a small, 10‑person workshop to keep the space supportive and personal. There are currently 8 spaces remaining for this 1-hour workshop to learn a simple therapeutic tool I use with my clients in their individual sessions.
