Bored of conventional gym classes?
Want to grow your confidence alongside your muscles/ strength and flexibility?
Want to join a studio where classes are small private classes with a max of four people?
Or just simply want to try pole and have never gotten round to it?

Our June intake has classes available on Tuesdays 8-9pm, Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm and Saturdays 11-12!

March terms are live to book (and have been for a while… oops)
So much so that some have already filled and others have only one space left🥲
Don’t sit on it, book your terms now and come join the fun✨
I’ve also included some 90 minute “one-offs” that will run every Thursday with the exception of the last Thursday of the month. Descriptions can be found on our BookWhen.
Things to remember:
- we need a minimum of two for terms to run. Refunds or alternative options are provided in this case.

Small class size (max 4 people!)
Running the 15th, 12th and 19th.
1900-2000.
We’ll introduce you to the art of pole, covering all fundamental skills needed to feel confident joining our beginner groups. Our in depth explanations will help you understand the mechanics needed for spins, climbs and basic holds.

We still have a couple of spaces in beginners on Tuesday nights 8-9 and one slot on Saturday mornings 10-11.
