We’re recruiting for an LSA (Learning Support Assistant) to join our sites across Surrey & Hampshire, start dates September 2026 and January 2027.
Our roles are hands-on and based in therapeutic outdoor environments, where animals and nature are part of the learning.
We’re looking for people who:
* Have experience working with children and young people
* Are practical, grounded, and ready to get stuck in
* Are open to therapeutic/alternative education approaches
* Can work in dynamic, sometimes challenging settings
If you’re looking for something different from a traditional setting, this could be a great fit.
