✔️ Experience in curriculum design, quality assurance and staff development
✔️ Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills

We’re looking for an Equine Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our alternative therapeutic education provision, supporting children and young people through equine work, animal care, outdoor learning and hands-on activities.

💚 Helping build confidence, emotional regulation and relationships

We’re recruiting for an LSA (Learning Support Assistant) to join our sites across Surrey & Hampshire, start dates September 2026 and January 2027.

Our roles are hands-on and based in therapeutic outdoor environments, where animals and nature are part of the learning.
We’re looking for people who:
* Have experience working with children and young people
* Are practical, grounded, and ready to get stuck in
* Are open to therapeutic/alternative education approaches
* Can work in dynamic, sometimes challenging settings

If you’re looking for something different from a traditional setting, this could be a great fit.
