Whether it’s finding peace in nature, diving into a good book, practicing mindfulness, or spending quality time with loved ones, we all have our unique ways of nurturing our mental health.

✨ In honor of this day, some of our amazing tutor team have shared some self-care routines that help them prepare for their tutoring sessions. From walks in the park to simply taking the time out to prepare for their sessions, they know that a clear and calm mind is key to giving their best!

"Hello everyone, my name is Beth and I've been working as an Explore at Home tutor for a little over 2 years now! As well as tutoring, I also work as an On-Call Supervisor, which has given me a unique insight into the behind-the-scenes of our online centres. Without a doubt my favourite part of being a tutor is interacting with, and getting to know my members - building strong relationships with the children I teach and their families has made my job so enjoyable!
