At Explore Learning, we’re incredibly proud of our staff networks. They are spaces where our people come together to share experiences, ideas, and insights that help shape the future of our organisation.
Together, they play a vital role in strengthening our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at every level.

Our Staff Networks are:
👨‍👦 Parents & Carers
🏳️‍🌈 LGBTQ+ Pride
💫 Ability & Neurodiversity
🕊️ Faith
🌍 Ethnically Diverse

Each network focuses on three key functions:
Social: Building a sense of community and creating safe spaces to share experiences and connect beyond work.
Advocacy: Raising awareness and providing a supportive environment for open discussion and learning.
Company Development: Offering valuable feedback on business initiatives, helping solve challenges, and shaping the future of Explore Learning.

We’re proud of the difference our networks make, shaping a culture where everyone can thrive, contribute, and belong. 💙

🚀 Next Installment of Tutor Mini Series! 🌟

Say Hello to Beth! 🚀

"Hello everyone, my name is Beth and I've been working as an Explore at Home tutor for a little over 2 years now! As well as tutoring, I also work as an On-Call Supervisor, which has given me a unique insight into the behind-the-scenes of our online centres. Without a doubt my favourite part of being a tutor is interacting with, and getting to know my members - building strong relationships with the children I teach and their families has made my job so enjoyable! I'm excited to share some insight into the role of a tutor, and hopefully also share what makes Explore Learning so special!" 🌟

🚀 Introducing our Tutor Mini Series! 🌟

Get ready to dive into the world of tutoring like never before! In this upcoming series, you'll hear directly from some our incredible tutors as they share their personal tips, experiences, and insights. Discover how they set the stage for success, build strong connections, and empower our members to reach their full potential!

Kicking off our series is Asad! 🚀

"When the going gets tough, the important thing to keep going and to keep believing.’

This is a quote which has always stuck out for me. As a tutor you’ve got to try your hardest in what you do. To make sure that not only you have that belief, but you can also build that belief with the families and peers you interact with too.

This is one of the reasons why I love Explore and the environment. You are a part of an amazing supportive family. One that strives to be the best they can - a place where that belief is enhanced and where there are no limits to heights we can all reach together." - Asad Zubair

Stay tuned for the rest of the series!
