Today's book recommendation is Your Baby, Your Birth by Hollie De Cruz. This book is a fab starting point towards a positive birth. This book supports the practices that you will learn on a hypnobirthing course 😊💗

Comment below if you have read the book! I'd love to hear your thoughts.

At the beginning of my pregnancy, before I found hypnobirthing, I had negative associations with the idea of giving birth and expected it to be an overwhelming experience.

Hypnobirthing changed my mindset completely and I found myself really looking forward to giving birth. Everything that I learned helped me to ensure that I was calm and ready to meet my baby. It even helped my mum and birth partner stay calm!

If you are nervous and want a positive experience, visit my website (https://www.hypnobirthsuk.com/) for more information on how I can support you 😊💗
