Nona's Nest Childminding

A fun day with friends at Birdworld. We had fun seeing all the animals before heading to the outdoor adventure play area. The children loved the new indoor play place too!

🦌What a find! Thank You to .nanny for telling us about this wonderful place! I've only ever seen wild deer at Bushy Park where you'd probably end up risking your life to get this close to the deer there. A fantastic day in a beautiful place, and the prices aren't too dear either (🤣) Which meant we were all able to enjoy a yummy ice cream before heading home. 🍦

This morning we headed somewhere very exciting 🏎🏁

It was a Girly Day today 💓🌸

We dropped the big boys off at Summer Camp and headed to for some fun! Lots of climbing and swinging on the play apparatus, and hiding in the shade of the trees. We said Hello to the resident Donkey's Callum & Morris.

After the boys came home from summer camp, we used our new pens to colour in fans. They are so colourful and super useful in yet another heatwave! 🔥

We grabbed our outdoor toys and headed to the park to meet with a few other Childminders and Nannies for a Sports Day. Lots of fun was had by all, playing with things like Jenga, Scatch, Bubbles and joining in with some races!

🦆Never too old to feed the ducks. Need to stock pile more duck food for next time!

Whilst the big boys were at Summer Camp we met a friend and headed to Broadwater Lake and Park. We played, we walked round the lake twice to feed the ducks, and then fed ourselves with a yummy picnic.

Ending the week with .nanny at Polesdon Lacey National Trust. It was another fantastic day in the sunshine. The children joined in with the Summer of Fun, collecting their first sticker on their charts. We hope to fill these up over the next few weeks at other NT places. They also had a go at circus skills laid on by which was great fun!
