Welcome to the SAIRA Network - A Brand New Aviation Radiation Safety System!
Do you know the levels of radiation when flying are much higher than that on the ground? The SAIRA Network is a new system capable of monitoring and recording the radiation exposure on commercial airline flights.
In particular, we are focusing on capturing the radiation levels during large solar storms, where the exposure can increase by thousands of times.
