If I was starting my postpartum fitness journey again, this is exactly what I’d do 👇
I wouldn’t rush.
I wouldn’t punish myself.
And I definitely wouldn’t focus on shrinking myself.
Instead, I’d focus on rebuilding strength, confidence, and creating sustainable habits.
Because postpartum exercise shouldn’t be about “getting your body back.”
It should be about feeling strong, capable, and like you again 🫶
