GCSE Art and Design students have been exploring the theme Fantastic and Strange, through Day of the Dead monoprints and colour techniques.”

GCSE Photography students have been continuing developing photo shoots exploring light and dark, inspired by the artists Rodchenko and Weston.

Hub students have been embracing the snowy weather with our wintery window on the world. Paper snowflakes and cardboard stars in a cool colour combo was the inspo!

Last day teaching at St James & St Martins for me! It’s been amazing, I have loved every minute, and I am going to miss everyone, staff and pupils so very much. What an amazing place to work and be part of, I know I’m going to miss each of you very much.❤️ keep being creative and love Art❤️

Last time teaching at St Martins for me today, Prep 5 & 6 made a wonderful start on their Lunar New Year Zentangle designs ( got a head start due to the time consuming nature of Zentangle designs )

Finally we have some sparkly lights at the front of school. Made it my mission this year to make it happen!

Whole school project this week,all contributing to our beautiful recycled poppy wreath to commemorate Remembrance Day 2025. Well done everybody

Form time remembrance project this week is now starting to take shape. All pupils have contributed to producing the poppies.
Can’t wait to see it completed.
