Class 4 had a great time at Grimsbys fishing heritage centre 🐟⚓️🚢.

We've had the dinosuars at school this term and we've had a roarsome time in our narrative session with them. Class 1 have been reading, writing and talking about them and even made up their own dinosaur names! Amazasaurus! 🦖🦕

This term our Early Learners have been exploring the text 'One Springy Day' from the 'Percy Park Keeper' collection. They have been working on skills of describing and prediction with all forms of AAC. They showed such curiosity and inquisitivness about how things grow and we are thrilled at the academic growth they are showing! 🌷

🍕🍕 Pizza Making 🍕🍕

Today Post 16 students welcomed their friends from Flourish - Charity back to Humberston Park to learn how to make pizza.

We made healthy option pizzas with some very artistic designs. I think you will agree they look delicious! 😋

Flourish is a wonderful Post 18 SEND adult day service in our local community. Transdisciplinary working with Post 16/19 provisions is a crucial element of our transitions offer ensuring each student successfully transitions into life beyond Humberston Park with confidence.

We have had an absolutely fantastic afternoon and we can’t wait for our next meet up. Bring on the Welly Wanging Championships!

🎨 🌈 Science session this week. Pupils were learning about primary colours, colour mixing and observing and predicting changes. 🎨 what a fun, educational time they have had ❤️

There are 18 places left on our World Cup Sweepstake, £5 a go.

There are 12 groups of teams in the World Cup ⚽️Each group winner will win £10
⚽️The runner up of the World Cup wins £40
⚽️The overall winner wins £80

As there are only 18 places left it is a first come first serve basis and it closes tomorrow as we are drawing the teams at random tomorrow afternoon.
