Abby's coffee morning is cancelled this week due to being out of office.
The next one will be Wednesday 3rd December.

A full Christmas lunch will be served for children on Thursday 11th December. Children from Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 have already chosen their meal, as have children with a FSM entitlement.
If you would like your child to have a Christmas meal it will need to be ordered and paid for (£2.40) before Friday 5th December. No orders will be taken after this time. 😀

A very special festive 𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘-𝗔-𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 returns to Grimsby Leisure Centre (original building) next month!

Expect all the usual favourites:
Gladiator arena
Obstacle course
Mega slides
Bouncy castles
Soft play
Complete with Christmas tunes during the general sessions and optional Christmas jumpers.

Hourly sessions on 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 in the Sports Hall at Grimsby Health & Wellbeing site (original Grimsby Leisure Centre)
For children up to 16 years old, including an adapted hourly Special Educational Needs (SEN) trial session at 12:20pm.

£5.40 per child. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a supervising adult (supervising adult free).

I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone! I'm Abby Crofts – your new Mental Health Practitioner at Oasis Academy Nunsthorpe.
I’m really excited to be joining the school community and supporting our amazing students. My role here is to offer mental health interventions and provide extra support to those who may be struggling or just need someone to talk too.
Although I’m new to the mental health team, I’ve come from another Oasis school and bring with me a passion for helping young people thrive emotionally and mentally.
If you’d like to get to know me better or find out more about what I can offer – including the exciting launch in the near future of our amazing Oasis Encounter programme, in person at the academy and run by myself for our parents/carers that also just need that extra little bit of support. Please feel free to pop along to my informal Coffee & Chat morning, held every Wednesday from 9–11am at Oasis Academy Nunsthorpe. Next week’s Coffee & Chat morning will be held at the Oasis Hub South Grimsby (next door to the academy) this will be for one week only.

This is a reminder, with Christmas on its way. Our bike barn is open for pre-loved bikes. Place your order now. On the 11th November in the school hall from 3.20pm, Oasis community space will hold a pop up give away for pre-loved school jumpers, coats, hat, gloves, scarfs and Christmas jumpers. Bring along your pre-loved items to swap.

We'll be having an own clothes day for Children in Need on Friday 14th November! You can donate online or send a cash donation with your child. 💛
