I have two spaces available starting September 2026 for children under 2 years old.
1 x Monday, Thursday and Friday 8am-4pm.
1 x Monday, Tuesday 8am-4pm.

The weather was a bit drizzly and damp, but it didn't stop us enjoying a walk around Weelsby Woods this morning.
The children loved seeing the horses and we found some beautiful bluebells. 💙🐎🌿🌧

The children enjoyed learning about the life cycle of a butterfly.
Getting to watch the whole process has been a wonderful experience for them. We have now released them so the cycle can start all over again🦋🩷

About Me – Cubs and Kids 🥰

Hi everyone! I thought I’d introduce the face behind Cubs and Kids.

My name is Lisa-Marie, and I run my childminding business, Cubs and Kids, from my home. I live with my husband and our three wonderful children.

I am a qualified primary school teacher with experience teaching Nursery, Reception, and Years 1–6 in local schools.

I have a passion for the arts and hold a B.A. degree in Drama, Performance and Theatre Arts. I love trips to the theatre, watching musicals, and dance.

When I’m not childminding, I’m usually taking my own children to their dance classes or spending quality time with my family.

I am passionate about caring for children and providing high-quality care and enriching learning experiences in a warm, home-from-home environment 🫶

I am Ofsted registered, fully insured, DBS checked, and safeguarding trained, giving you peace of mind that your child is in safe hands.

Over the last couple of weeks we have been watching the process of metamorphosis as we have watched tiny caterpillars grow, then make a chrysalis. We are so excited for them to turn into butterflies. 🐛🦋

Outdoor play is so important. We love our time exploring, playing and learning in the garden.
