𝗦𝗔𝗠𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗜-𝗕𝗢𝗫𝗜𝗡𝗚 runs alongside our 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗞𝗘-𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗟 programme and focuses on modern boxing skills essential for today’s striking martial artist.
Students learn boxing stance, footwork, jab–cross combinations, padwork drills, defensive movements, and high-energy fitness training.

The class develops speed, accuracy, timing, confidence, and real striking power — all taught in a safe, age-appropriate environment that supports their overall progress in 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗞𝗘-𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗟.

Established in 2006, Samurai Hearts Martial Arts Academy is an award-winning traditional martial arts academy serving Grimsby and the surrounding area.

For 20 years, we have helped children, teenagers and adults develop confidence, discipline, fitness, coordination, resilience and practical self-protection skills through professional, age-appropriate training.

𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗧𝗔 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 is an 12 month Instructor training programme for all levels of Instructor.
For new Instructors its a fantastic starting point to instill the basics of teaching.
For the seasoned instructor its giving you subtle reminders and something to measure your instructor knowledge upon.

𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗕𝗔𝗧-𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗟 (𝗔𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝟵–1𝟮)

𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗕𝗔𝗧-𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗟 introduces the grappling and close-range elements of traditional Japanese Atemi-Jutsu and Aiki-Jujutsu.
Students learn throws, takedowns, holds, escapes, ground control, and pressure-based self-protection techniques appropriate for their age. It develops resilience, problem-solving under pressure, and real-world self-defence understanding.
