Training a new generation of babysitters 😂

Some of the explorers went to feed the ducks and then enjoyed some time running on the field🫶🏼

This afternoon the children took part in an obstacle course to practice their balancing and gross motor skills.

We managed to get back to our favourite library group this morning! The children loved playing with the toys, making crafts and meeting new friends!🩷

This morning we focussed on dental hygiene. Using our scrubbing skills to remove all the dirt from our teeth to make them nice and shiny again! 😀

A trip this morning through the deep dark woods! No sign of the Gruffalo but we did spot lots of butterflies, a squirrel and lots of different types of trees 🌲 🦋 🐿️

This morning at the park the children were excellent at turn taking, overcoming obstacles and listening to instructions. We chased butterflies and took Ella for a ride!

This mornings trip to the park

Ella and Ash set up a fantastic messy beach themed tuff tray for the children this morning! It was a massive hit!

Hi, I'm Robynne (on the left) and this is my family, welcome to Little Robynne's Childminding, based in Grimsby DN34.

A little bit about me:
I am a mummy to two wonderful girls who both go to primary school. And a wife to a very supportive husband.
I have been working in early years settings for 10+ years, starting as an apprentice and working up to complete my foundation degree in Early Childhood Studies. In September 2023, I will be starting my final year of the BA Hons Early Childhood Studies.
I am a very passionate and reflective practitioner who is able to provide a caring and nurturing environment for your children.

About Little Robynne's Childminding:
I will be offering all day care for children aged 6 months to 5 years and wrap around care for school aged children. I will be doing school runs for Yarborough Academy as well as holiday clubs.
During term time we will be open Monday and Wednesday 7.30 to 5.30 and Friday 7.30 to 5pm.
During school holidays we will be open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7.30-5.30 and Friday 7.30-5pm.
I could be flexible with times.

What's happening next?
I am currently in the pre-registration process and awaiting a visit from Ofsted.
We are finishing a few minor home and garden improvements to enhance the children's environment.

We will be ready to go ahead in autumn 2023!

Updates will follow including pictures of my home and garden as well as some example activities your children will be able to experience.

Our older children made some delicious cakes whilst our younger explorers napped. They displayed some fantastic sharing and hand eye coordination skills. We can’t wait to try them after lunch!

This is one of our Explorers who has moved onto big school’s family. Once we have been in touch with them next week we will try to do a collection for household items that were lost in the fire too. All our thoughts are with the family and the sentimental items that can’t be replaced x

Fun on the field this morning. We love being outdoors and engaging in lots of physical activities. It’s lovely to get the children out in the fresh air, even if they are napping 💤 . We spotted lots of planes, listened to a story and chased the ball around with our friends

Lots of fun at the park this morning! The children loved being able to play on the swings and play on the zip line! That was their favourite parts about the park! The children did amazing walking and used good listening skills💖
